In Terrazas Tadeo, all apartments are unique because of the condition in which each floor and building block operates. It was a project nominated for “Building of the Year” by ArchDaily and winner of the best multifamily project for the “XII Bienal de Arquitctura Poblana”.
They have a variety of types: 4 pent gardens (apartments with private gardens on the ground floor) 16 apartments (apartments with terraces and hanging gardens) and 4 pent houses (apartments with terraces, double floors and two levels).
The orientation is north-south, a thermal axis that solves comfortable spaces, with lighting and natural-cross ventilation, selecting views according to the proposed façade design. The structure is exposed, concrete and apparent, with a large patio to bathe the half basement for parking lots in light and a visible central core of facilities that give an honest reading of the building.

AMENITIES
The complex has a common garden and multipurpose room on the ground floor, each building ending with a roof terrace with garden, jacuzzi and viewpoint framing the volcanoes, the pyramid of Cholula and the hill of San Juan.
